โครงการนี้เป็นการจ้างเหมาก่อสร้างเพื่อปรับปรุงถนนสาย นภ ๓๐๐๓ จากบ้านวังหมื่น ตำบลหนองบัว อำเภอเมืองหนองบัวลำภู ถึงบ้านจอมทอง ตำบลศรีบุญเรือง อำเภอศรีบุญเรือง จังหวัดหนองบัวลำภู โดยมีระยะทางรวม 3.900 กิโลเมตร ลักษณะงานเป็นการซ่อมสร้างผิวทาง AC ด้วยวิธี Pavement In-Place Recycling โครงการนี้ได้รับอนุมัติจากจังหวัดหนองบัวลำภู โดยแขวงทางหลวงชนบทหนองบัวลำภู เพื่อพัฒนาโครงสร้างพื้นฐานและรองรับการขยายตัวทางเศรษฐกิจ ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการตามแบบรูปรายการที่กำหนด และเป็นไปตามพระราชบัญญัติการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างและการบริหารพัสดุภาครัฐ พ.ศ. 2560 รวมถึงระเบียบที่เกี่ยวข้อง งบประมาณสำหรับโครงการนี้คือ 29,500,000 บาท

This project is a construction contract to improve Road No. NB 3003 from Ban Wang Muen, Nong Bua Subdistrict, Mueang Nong Bua Lamphu District to Ban Chom Thong, Si Bun Rueang Subdistrict, Si Bun Rueang District, Nong Bua Lamphu Province, with a total distance of 3.900 kilometers. The work involves repairing the AC surface using the Pavement In-Place Recycling method. This project has been approved by Nong Bua Lamphu Province, through the Nong Bua Lamphu Rural Roads Office, to develop infrastructure and support economic growth. The contractor must carry out the work according to the specified drawings and regulations, and in accordance with the Public Procurement and Supplies Administration Act, B.E. 2560 (2017) and related regulations. The budget for this project is 29,500,000 baht.
