โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อปรับปรุงและพัฒนาเส้นทางคมนาคมในหมู่ที่ 1 ตำบลสามตุ่ม โดยการเสริมดินและลงหินคลุกบนถนนลูกรัง ระยะทางประมาณ 413 เมตร โครงการนี้จะทำการเสริมดินให้สูงเฉลี่ย 0.50 เมตร และปูทับด้วยหินคลุกหนาเฉลี่ย 0.15 เมตร ครอบคลุมพื้นที่ไม่น้อยกว่า 1,239 ตารางเมตร นอกจากนี้ โครงการยังรวมถึงการติดตั้งป้ายโครงการและป้ายประชาสัมพันธ์เพื่อแจ้งข้อมูลโครงการแก่ประชาชน

This project involves soil reinforcement and laying of crushed rock on a dirt road in Moo 1, Sam Tum Sub-district, with a distance of 413 meters. The project will add soil with an average height of 0.50 meters and lay crushed rock with an average thickness of 0.15 meters, covering an area of not less than 1,239 square meters.
