โครงการปรับปรุงอาคารที่พักอาศัย (แฟลตหนองลาด) ของตำรวจภูธรภาค 6 ตั้งอยู่ที่หมู่ 6 ตำบลมะตูม อำเภอพรหมพิราม จังหวัดพิษณุโลก เป็นการปรับปรุงอาคารที่พักอาศัยจำนวน 4 อาคาร (อาคาร 1, 2, 3 และ 4) โดยมีทั้งงานรื้อถอนและงานปรับปรุงใหม่ งานรื้อถอนหลักๆ ได้แก่ การรื้อถอนพื้นกระเบื้องยาง, มุ้งลวด, ลูกบิดประตู, ระบบไฟฟ้า, สุขภัณฑ์ (บางห้อง), และประตูห้องน้ำ UPVC ส่วนงานปรับปรุงใหม่ครอบคลุมถึงการปูพื้นกระเบื้องยางใหม่, ทาสีอาคารทั้งภายในและภายนอก, ทาสีน้ำมันสำหรับท่อเหล็ก, ติดตั้งลูกบิดประตูสแตนเลส, ติดตั้งมุ้งลวด, ติดตั้งระบบไฟฟ้าใหม่ (หลอดไฟ, สวิตซ์, เต้ารับ), ปูกระเบื้องเซรามิกในห้องครัวและห้องน้ำ, ติดตั้งซิงค์ล้างจาน (บางห้อง), ติดตั้งสุขภัณฑ์ใหม่ (บางห้อง), เดินระบบท่อน้ำดี PVC ใหม่, และติดตั้งประตู UPVC ใหม่ นอกจากนี้ ยังมีการติดตั้งป้ายประชาสัมพันธ์โครงการด้วย

The residential building renovation project (Nong Lad Flats) of Provincial Police Region 6 is located at Moo 6, Matum Subdistrict, Phrom Phiram District, Phitsanulok Province. The project involves the renovation of four residential buildings (Buildings 1, 2, 3, and 4), including both demolition and renovation work. The main demolition work includes removing rubber floor tiles, mosquito screens, door knobs, electrical systems, sanitary ware (some rooms), and UPVC bathroom doors. The renovation work covers new rubber floor tiling, interior and exterior painting of the building, oil painting for steel pipes, installation of stainless steel door knobs, installation of mosquito screens, installation of new electrical systems (lights, switches, receptacles), ceramic tiling in kitchens and bathrooms, installation of sinks (some rooms), installation of new sanitary ware (some rooms), new PVC water pipe system, and installation of new UPVC doors. The project also include installation of a project sign.
