โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจ้างเหมาดำเนินการบริหารจัดการศูนย์การเรียนรู้ทางสื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์แบบบูรณาการ โดยการผลิตสื่อการเรียนรู้ประกอบบทเรียนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๘ โดยมีเป้าหมายหลักคือการสร้างบทเรียนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-Learning) จำนวนไม่น้อยกว่า 3 วิชา เพื่อให้ข้าราชการและผู้สนใจทั่วไปสามารถเข้าถึงแหล่งเรียนรู้ที่จำเป็นต่อการปฏิบัติงาน หรือรายวิชาอื่น ๆ ตามความสนใจ และสอดคล้องกับแนวทางการพัฒนาบุคลากรภาครัฐ สื่อการเรียนรู้ที่ผลิตจะต้องมีความทันสมัย น่าสนใจ และใช้งานง่าย รวมถึงมีองค์ประกอบที่ครบถ้วนตามที่สำนักงาน ก.พ. กำหนด เช่น โครงสร้างเนื้อหา กิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ การวัดและประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ และข้อสอบ โดยเน้นการเรียนรู้แบบ Self-Paced ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องส่งมอบงานตามงวดงานที่กำหนด ซึ่งจะมีการแบ่งจ่ายค่าจ้างเป็น 4 งวดตามความสำเร็จของงาน

This project aims to hire a contractor to manage the integrated e-learning center by producing e-learning materials for the fiscal year 2025. The main goal is to create at least 3 e-learning courses to provide government officials and interested individuals with access to learning resources necessary for their work or other areas of interest, in line with the public sector personnel development guidelines. The produced learning materials must be modern, engaging, and easy to use, with all components required by the OCSC, such as content structure, learning activities, learning assessment, and tests, focusing on self-paced learning. The contractor must deliver the work according to the specified milestones, with payments divided into 4 installments based on the progress of the work.
