โครงการนี้เป็นการประกวดราคาแบบ e-bidding เพื่อจัดซื้อวัสดุก่อสร้างจำนวน 144 รายการ สำหรับใช้ในโครงการปรับปรุงอาคารและสิ่งปลูกสร้างของมณฑลทหารบกที่ 17 ในจังหวัดกาญจนบุรี ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2568 กองทัพภาคที่ 1 เป็นผู้ดำเนินการจัดซื้อ วัสดุที่จัดซื้อต้องเป็นวัสดุที่ผลิตภายในประเทศ โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อปรับปรุงอาคารและสิ่งปลูกสร้างที่ชำรุดทรุดโทรมให้มีสภาพดีขึ้น งบประมาณสำหรับโครงการนี้คือ 6,504,360.00 บาท ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด, มีประสบการณ์ขายวัสดุก่อสร้าง, และมีฐานะทางการเงินมั่นคง การพิจารณาคัดเลือกผู้ชนะจะใช้หลักเกณฑ์ด้านราคา ระยะเวลาส่งมอบพัสดุคือ 180 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา และมีการรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่อง 5 เดือน
