โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อปรับปรุงลานวัฒนธรรมขององค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดแพร่ ให้เป็น Creative Economy Agency (TCDC Phrae) โดยมีขอบเขตงานที่ครอบคลุมตั้งแต่การรื้อถอนโครงสร้างเดิม, การก่อสร้างฐานรากและเสาเข็มที่ได้มาตรฐาน, การก่อผนังด้วยคอนกรีตบล็อคและอิฐมอญ, การฉาบปูนเรียบ, การติดตั้งระบบกันซึม, การทาสีทั้งภายในและภายนอกอาคาร, การปูกระเบื้อง, การติดตั้งแผ่นฝ้าเพดานและโครงเคร่า, รวมถึงการติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ประกอบอาคารต่างๆ

ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องตรวจสอบแบบรูปรายการอย่างละเอียด, จัดทํา Shop Drawing เพิ่มเติมหากจําเป็น, และดําเนินการให้เป็นไปตามหลักวิชาช่าง การใช้วัสดุจะต้องได้รับการอนุมัติจากผู้ว่าจ้างก่อน และจะต้องจัดส่งคู่มือการใช้งานอุปกรณ์เป็นภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องมีมาตรการด้านความปลอดภัยและประกันภัย รวมถึงการจัดการความสะอาดพื้นที่ก่อสร้างทั้งในระหว่างและเมื่อสิ้นสุดโครงการ

This project aims to renovate the cultural courtyard of the Phrae Provincial Administrative Organization into a Creative Economy Agency (TCDC Phrae). The scope of work includes demolition of existing structures, construction of foundations and pile foundations, wall construction, plastering, waterproofing systems, painting, tiling, ceiling and framework installation, and installation of building equipment.

The contractor is required to thoroughly review the project drawings, prepare additional shop drawings if needed, and proceed according to engineering principles. Material usage must be approved by the employer beforehand, and equipment user manuals in both Thai and English must be provided. Additionally, the contractor must have safety measures and insurance, as well as manage the cleanliness of the construction site during and after the project.
