โครงการนี้เป็นการจัดซื้อวัสดุก่อสร้างจำนวน 152 รายการ สำหรับใช้ในการก่อสร้างบ้านพักนายทหารประทวน 10 ครอบครัว (แบบ 9181 น.) เพื่อทดแทนบ้านพักเดิมหมายเลข 238 14 ที่ชำรุดทรุดโทรม ของมณฑลทหารบกที่ 17 ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2568 ดำเนินการด้วยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) งบประมาณโครงการอยู่ที่ 9,834,432.00 บาท วัสดุที่จัดซื้อต้องเป็นวัสดุที่ผลิตภายในประเทศ ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด และมีประสบการณ์ขายวัสดุก่อสร้างประเภทเดียวกันไม่น้อยกว่า 50% ของมูลค่าโครงการ รวมถึงต้องมีมูลค่าสุทธิของกิจการเป็นบวกตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด การพิจารณาคัดเลือกผู้ชนะจะใช้หลักเกณฑ์ราคา ระยะเวลาส่งมอบพัสดุคือ 180 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา และมีการรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่อง 5 เดือน

This project involves the procurement of 152 items of construction materials for the construction of 10 houses for non-commissioned officers (Model 9181 N.) to replace the deteriorated houses No. 238 14 of the 17th Military Circle for the fiscal year 2025.
