โครงการนี้เป็นการเช่าเครื่องจักรกล 3 รายการ ได้แก่ รถขุดไฮดรอลิคตีนตะขาบ (2 คัน), เรือโป๊ะบรรทุกรถขุดไฮดรอลิค (2 ลำ), และรถบรรทุกเทท้าย 10 ล้อ (3 คัน) เพื่อใช้ในงานขุดลอกคลองเวฬุพร้อมก่อสร้างทิ้งหินใหญ่ฯ มีระยะเวลาเช่า 240 วัน ผู้เสนอราคาจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนดใน TOR และยื่นข้อเสนอทางระบบจัดซื้อจัดจ้างภาครัฐด้วยอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) พร้อมแนบเอกสารประกอบการพิจารณาให้ครบถ้วน เช่น ใบแจ้งรายละเอียดพัสดุ, ตารางเปรียบเทียบคุณลักษณะเฉพาะ, สำเนาทะเบียนเครื่องจักร, แคตตาล็อก, และหลักฐานการประกันภัย ผู้เสนอราคาต้องเสนอราคาสุทธิ ซึ่งรวมค่าใช้จ่ายทั้งหมด (ยกเว้นค่าน้ำมันเชื้อเพลิง) ผู้ให้เช่าต้องจัดหาอุปกรณ์เสริมและพนักงานขับรถที่มีคุณสมบัติเหมาะสม

This project is for the rental of 3 types of machinery: crawler hydraulic excavators (2 units), pontoon boats for transporting hydraulic excavators (2 units), and 10-wheel dump trucks (3 units) for the dredging of the Waelu Canal and the construction of a large stone embankment. The rental period is 240 days. Bidders must meet the qualifications specified in the TOR and submit their proposals through the e-bidding system, including all required supporting documents such as the bill of materials, a comparative table of specifications, copies of machinery registration, catalogs, and proof of insurance. Bidders must offer a net price that includes all expenses (excluding fuel). The lessor must provide additional equipment and qualified drivers.
