รายละเอียดการจ้าง
โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อก่อสร้างถนนคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก (คสล.) สายถังประปา - ควนใหญ่ หมู่ที่ 8 ตำบลฝาละมี อำเภอปากพะยูน จังหวัดพัทลุง โดยมีขอบเขตงานที่สำคัญดังนี้:
- งานดินถมลูกรังไหล่ทาง กว้างเฉลี่ย 0.20 เมตร
- งานขุดรื้อคันทางเดิมแล้วบดทับ (ลูกรัง)
- ชั้นทรายหยาบรองพื้นทาง หนา 0.05 เมตร
- ถนน คสล. หนา 0.15 เมตร เสริมเหล็ก RB6 มม. @ 0.30 ม. หรือ RB9 มม. @ 0.30 ม.
- การเลือกใช้ WIRE MESH (มอก. 737) แทน BAR MESH ได้ โดยต้องมีใบรับรองคุณภาพจากผู้ผลิต
- การทำผิวคอนกรีตให้ราบโดยการลากไม้แปรงกราด
- ติดตั้ง EXPANSION JOINT ทุกระยะ 50 เมตร
- ใช้วัสดุยารอยต่อคอนกรีตแบบยืดหยุ่น ชนิดเทร้อน ตาม มอก. 479 และวัสดุแอสฟัลต์อุดรอยต่อคอนกรีตตาม มอก. 1041
- การติดตั้งป้ายโครงการทั้งก่อนและหลังดำเนินการตามรูปแบบที่กำหนด
ผู้รับจ้างต้องใช้วัสดุที่ผลิตในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละหกสิบของมูลค่าทั้งหมด และใช้เหล็กหรือเหล็กกล้าที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 90
This project involves the construction of reinforced concrete pavement on ถังประปา - ควนใหญ่ road, Moo 8, Fala Mee Subdistrict, Pak Phayun District, Phatthalung Province. Key tasks include earth filling for shoulders, removing existing road surfaces, laying a 0.05m thick sand subbase, and installing 0.15m thick reinforced concrete with RB6 or RB9 rebar according to Thai Industrial Standards (TIS). WIRE MESH (TIS 737) can be used instead of BAR MESH, provided a quality certificate from the manufacturer is available. The concrete surface must be leveled by dragging a brush. Expansion joints must be installed every 50 meters. Use hot-poured elastic joint sealant according to TIS 479, and asphalt joint filler according to TIS 1041. Installation of project sign both before and after construction. Contractors must use domestic materials not less than 60 percent of the total value. Domestic steel must be 90 percent.
