โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อปรับปรุงถนนสายหลักบ้านแม่กุเหนือ โดยมีขอบเขตงานหลักคือการเสริมผิวแอสฟัลท์ติกคอนกรีต ขนาดความกว้าง 4.80-5.00 เมตร และยาว 540.00 เมตร หนา 0.05 เมตร คิดเป็นพื้นที่ไม่น้อยกว่า 2,646.00 ตารางเมตร รวมถึงงานลาดแอสฟัลท์แทคโค้ต (Tack Coat) ในพื้นที่เดียวกัน นอกจากนี้ ยังมีงานตีเส้นจราจรด้วยสี Thermoplastic Paint ทั้งเส้นกลางสีเหลืองและเส้นขอบสีขาวทึบ เพื่อเพิ่มความปลอดภัยในการสัญจร ในส่วนที่ไม่สามารถเสริมผิวแอสฟัลท์ติกได้ จะต้องเสริมความกว้างตามสภาพจริง หรือดำเนินการอื่น ๆ ตามที่ผู้ควบคุมงานและคณะกรรมการตรวจรับงานจ้างกำหนด นอกจากงานหลักแล้ว ยังมีงานเพิ่มเติม เช่น งานรองพื้นแอสฟัลท์ติก, ขยายงานเทคอนกรีตขยายทาง, เรียงกระสอบผสมปูน และเทคอนกรีตมวลเล็กใต้พื้นถนนช่วงวางท่อ โดยกำหนดจุดต่างๆ ตามการพิจารณาของผู้ควบคุมงาน เพื่อให้การปรับปรุงถนนเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและได้มาตรฐาน

ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องจัดทำแผนการปฏิบัติงานและส่งให้ผู้ว่าจ้างตรวจสอบภายใน 7 วันหลังลงนามสัญญา และจัดส่งวัสดุงานทางภายใน 15 วัน เพื่อตรวจสอบหรือออกแบบผิวทางตามมาตรฐานกรมทางหลวงชนบท

This project aims to improve the main road in Mae Gu Nuea village. The main scope of work includes asphalt concrete overlay with a width of 4.80-5.00 meters, a length of 540.00 meters, and a thickness of 0.05 meters, covering an area of at least 2,646.00 square meters. It also includes asphalt tack coat application in the same area. Additionally, thermoplastic paint will be used for traffic markings, including yellow center lines and solid white edge lines, to enhance traffic safety. In areas where asphalt overlay is not feasible, the width will be adjusted to match the actual conditions, or other measures will be implemented as determined by the supervisor and the contract inspection committee. In addition to the main tasks, there are supplementary works such as asphalt sub-base work, expansion of concrete paving, arranging mixed cement bags, and pouring small mass concrete under the road surface during pipe laying, with specific points determined by the supervisor to ensure efficient and standardized road improvement.

The contractor must prepare a work plan and submit it to the employer for review within 7 days after signing the contract, and deliver road materials within 15 days for inspection or pavement design in accordance with the standards of the Department of Rural Roads.
