ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการก่อสร้างถนน คสล. ขนาดผิวจราจรกว้าง 4.00 เมตร ระยะทาง 1,660.00 เมตร หนาเฉลี่ย 0.15 เมตร คิดเป็นพื้นที่ไม่น้อยกว่า 6,640.00 ตร.ม. นอกจากนี้ ยังรวมถึงงานไหล่ทางข้างละ 0.20 เมตร, งานดินถมลูกรังไหล่ทาง, งานขุดรื้อคันทางเดิมแล้วบดทับ (ลูกรัง), และการทำชั้นทรายหยาบรองพื้นทางหนา 0.05 เมตร

This project, undertaken by the Fa La Mi Subdistrict Administrative Organization, involves the construction of a reinforced concrete (RC) road along the Thor Lor Chor. - Ko Phaya route in Ban Khuan Phra, Moo 2, Fa La Mi Subdistrict, Pak Phayun District, Phatthalung Province.
The scope of work includes the construction of an RC road with a traffic surface width of 4.00 meters, a length of 1,660.00 meters, and an average thickness of 0.15 meters, covering an area of at least 6,640.00 square meters. Additionally, the project includes shoulder work on each side of 0.20 meters, earth filling for the road shoulders, excavation and compaction of the existing roadbed (laterite), and a 0.05-meter-thick layer of coarse sand for the road base.
The contractor must comply with the Rural Highway Construction Standards and other specifications outlined in the design, including the use of materials manufactured domestically for no less than sixty percent of the total material value, and the use of domestic production-promoted steel or steel for no less than 90 percent of the value or quantity of steel used.
