This project aims to procure ceremonial uniforms for 70 parliamentary police officers for use in state ceremonies, parliamentary events, and guard of honor duties to welcome dignitaries and national leaders, enhancing the country’s image. The uniform includes a khaki closed-neck jacket, khaki trousers with maroon felt stripes, and accessories such as a peaked cap, constitution emblem buttons, a ceremonial sword with gold tassel, a sash, a white leather belt, a Sam Browne belt with a white strap, and hard shoulder boards. Bidders must meet specified qualifications and submit detailed body measurement procedures and material samples. Selection will be based on price. The contractor must deliver the uniforms within 120 days of notification from the inspection committee and guarantee against defects for 180 days.

The project focuses on procuring high-quality uniforms that meet specifications, providing parliamentary police officers with appropriate attire for performing their duties and enhancing credibility in important parliamentary missions.
