โครงการนี้เป็นการจัดซื้อครุภัณฑ์สำหรับงานวิเคราะห์วิจัยทางกลศาสตร์หินและแร่ของสำนักงานอุตสาหกรรมพื้นฐานและการเหมืองแร่ เขต 2 อุดรธานี มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อส่งเสริมการศึกษาวิจัยศักยภาพแร่หินอุตสาหกรรม และการวิจัยด้านเสถียรภาพหน้าเหมือง เพื่อประกอบการพิจารณาอนุญาตและกำกับดูแลการประกอบกิจการเหมืองแร่ให้เป็นไปตามกฎหมาย รวมถึงการให้บริการด้านวิชาการแก่ภาคเอกชนและภาครัฐ

ครุภัณฑ์ที่จัดซื้อมีจำนวน 22 รายการ ประกอบด้วยเครื่องมือและอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์คุณสมบัติทางกลศาสตร์ของหินและแร่ เช่น เครื่องเจาะแกนชนิดห้องปฏิบัติการ, เครื่องตัดแกนและเครื่องตัดในห้องปฏิบัติการ, เตาอบแห้งห้องปฏิบัติการ, เครื่องชั่ง, เครื่องทดสอบกำลังแรงอัด, เครื่องทดสอบกำลังแรงเฉือน, เครื่องมือทดสอบความแข็งแรงของหิน, เครื่องมือทดสอบค่าความคงทนต่อการผุกร่อนของหิน, เครื่องคัดขนาดดิน/ทราย และอุปกรณ์อื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง

การจัดซื้อครั้งนี้จะช่วยเพิ่มศักยภาพในการวิเคราะห์ตัวอย่างหินและแร่ทางกลศาสตร์ของสำนักงานฯ ทำให้สามารถดำเนินงานได้อย่างรวดเร็วและมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น อันจะส่งผลดีต่อความมั่นคงด้านวัตถุดิบแร่หินอุตสาหกรรมของประเทศ

This project involves the procurement of equipment for mechanical analysis and research of rocks and minerals by the Office of Basic Industries and Mining, Region 2, Udon Thani. The objective is to promote research on industrial rock and mineral potential, and research on mine slope stability to support licensing and regulatory activities in accordance with the law. It also aims to provide academic services to the private and public sectors.

The procured equipment consists of 22 items, including instruments and equipment used in analyzing the mechanical properties of rocks and minerals, such as a laboratory-type core drilling machine, a laboratory core trimmer and cut-off machine, a laboratory drying oven, a balance, a compression testing machine, a shear testing machine, rock strength testing instruments, rock weathering resistance testing instruments, a soil/sand sieve shaker, and other related equipment.

This procurement will enhance the analytical capabilities of the Office, enabling faster and more efficient operations, which will contribute to the stability of the country’s industrial rock and mineral resources.
