โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อจัดหาผู้รับจ้างมาบำรุงรักษาและซ่อมแซมระบบประมวลผลและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากวิดีโอ (Video Analytics) ของ รฟม. ซึ่งประกอบด้วยระบบตรวจจับใบหน้า (Face Detection), ระบบนับจำนวนผู้ใช้บริการ (People Counting), ระบบตรวจจับป้ายทะเบียนรถยนต์ (License Plate Recognition), และระบบค้นหาอัตลักษณ์ของบุคคล (Appearance Search) ให้สามารถทำงานได้อย่างต่อเนื่องและมีประสิทธิภาพตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง ครอบคลุมสถานีรถไฟฟ้าสายเฉลิมรัชมงคล 6 สถานี, สถานีรถไฟฟ้าสายฉลองรัชธรรม 4 สถานี และอาคารจอดรถลาดพร้าว ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องทำการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance - PM) อย่างน้อย 2 ครั้งต่อปี และบำรุงรักษาเชิงแก้ไข (Corrective Maintenance - CM) เมื่อได้รับการแจ้งเหตุ โดยต้องมีทีมงานที่ได้รับการรับรองจาก Avigilon และมีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานในสถานีรถไฟฟ้า นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องจัดหาระบบเพิ่มเติมเพื่อปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพของระบบตรวจจับใบหน้าให้สามารถทำงานร่วมกับระบบค้นหาอัตลักษณ์ของบุคคลได้ รวมถึงจัดหาเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์สำหรับการใช้งานระบบฯ ระยะเวลาดำเนินงาน 1 ปี ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 เมษายน 2568 ถึงวันที่ 31 มีนาคม 2569.

This project aims to procure a contractor to maintain and repair the Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand’s (MRTA) Video Analytics system, which includes Face Detection, People Counting, License Plate Recognition, and Appearance Search systems. The goal is to ensure continuous and efficient 24/7 operation across six stations on the Chaloem Ratchamongkhon Line, four stations on the Chalong Ratchadham Line, and the Lat Phrao parking building. The contractor must perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) at least twice a year and Corrective Maintenance (CM) upon incident notification, with a team certified by Avigilon and experienced in working within MRT stations. Additionally, the contractor must provide additional systems to enhance the Face Detection system’s performance to integrate with the Appearance Search system and provide computers for system use. The project duration is one year, from April 1, 2025, to March 31, 2026.
