โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อพัฒนาเว็บไซต์ของสถาบันโคเซ็นแห่งสถาบันเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าเจ้าคุณทหารลาดกระบัง (KOSEN-KMITL) ระยะที่ 2 โดยใช้ระบบ GibbonEdu ซึ่งเป็นระบบบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษาแบบ Open Source เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับรูปแบบการเรียนการสอนเฉพาะของโคเซ็น (KOSEN) ที่เน้นการปฏิบัติจริง โครงการนี้ต่อยอดจากการพัฒนาระยะที่ 1 โดยจะมุ่งเน้นการปรับปรุงระบบให้มีฟังก์ชันการทำงานที่ครอบคลุมการใช้งานของนักศึกษา บุคลากร และผู้บริหาร รวมถึงการจัดการเรียนการสอน, การวัดผล, การรับสมัคร, และการประกาศข่าวสาร ระบบจะต้องสามารถทำงานบนเซิร์ฟเวอร์ของสถาบันได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ มีความปลอดภัย และรองรับการเชื่อมโยงข้อมูลต่างๆ ได้อย่างเป็นระบบ ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องติดตั้งระบบ, ฝึกอบรมการใช้งาน, ให้คำปรึกษา, แก้ไขปัญหา, และส่งมอบคู่มือและวิดีโอแนะนำการใช้งาน รวมถึงรักษาความลับของข้อมูลสถาบัน

This project aims to develop the website for KOSEN-KMITL (Phase 2) using the GibbonEdu open-source school management system. This is to align with the unique, practice-oriented KOSEN education model. Building upon Phase 1 development, this project focuses on enhancing the system with comprehensive functionalities for students, staff, and administrators, encompassing teaching and learning management, assessment, admissions, and announcements. The system must operate efficiently on the institute’s server, be secure, and support systematic data linkage. The contractor must install the system, provide training, offer consultation, troubleshoot issues, deliver user manuals and video tutorials, and maintain the confidentiality of the institute’s data.
