โครงการนี้เป็นการจัดซื้อพร้อมติดตั้งระบบผลิตไฟฟ้าด้วยพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์แบบติดตั้งบนหลังคา (Solar Rooftop) ขนาดไม่น้อยกว่า 50 kWp สำหรับองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลหนองหงษ์ อำเภอพานทอง จังหวัดชลบุรี โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อลดค่าใช้จ่ายด้านพลังงานและส่งเสริมการใช้พลังงานสะอาด ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีประสบการณ์ในการติดตั้งระบบ Solar Rooftop กับหน่วยงานภาครัฐหรือเอกชน และต้องใช้อุปกรณ์ที่ได้มาตรฐาน มีการรับประกันคุณภาพ และเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ที่ไม่เคยใช้งานมาก่อน ระบบจะต้องเชื่อมต่อกับระบบของการไฟฟ้าฝ่ายจำหน่ายได้ และมีระบบป้องกันไฟฟ้าย้อนกลับ รวมถึงระบบแสดงผลการผลิตไฟฟ้า ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องทำการบำรุงรักษาระบบอย่างน้อยปีละครั้ง และให้การฝึกอบรมแก่เจ้าหน้าที่ขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลหนองหงษ์ เพื่อให้สามารถใช้งานและบำรุงรักษาระบบได้อย่างถูกต้อง

This project involves the procurement and installation of a rooftop solar power generation system (Solar Rooftop) with a capacity of at least 50 kWp for the Nong Hong Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Phan Thong District, Chonburi Province. The objectives are to reduce energy costs and promote the use of clean energy. Bidders must have experience installing Solar Rooftop systems for government or private agencies and must use standardized equipment with quality guarantees and be new, unused products. The system must be able to connect to the Provincial Electricity Authority’s system and have a reverse power protection system, as well as a power generation display system. The contractor must maintain the system at least once a year and provide training to Nong Hong Subdistrict Administrative Organization staff to properly use and maintain the system.
