โครงการนี้เป็นโครงการจัดทำระบบอนุรักษ์ดินและน้ำในพื้นที่เสี่ยงภัยพิบัติทางการเกษตร ที่บ้านนาฮ่อง หมู่ที่ 5 ตำบลแม่ศึก อำเภอแม่แจ่ม จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ โดยมีพื้นที่เป้าหมาย 100 ไร่ โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อป้องกันและฟื้นฟูพื้นที่เสี่ยงต่อภัยพิบัติทางการเกษตร ปรับปรุงบำรุงดินให้มีความอุดมสมบูรณ์ และเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาภัยแล้งและภัยพิบัติทางการเกษตรอื่นๆ รวมถึงลดการชะล้างพังทลายของหน้าดินในพื้นที่ลาดชันสูง และเตรียมความพร้อมในการรับมือกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศและภาวะโลกร้อน ขอบเขตงานหลักประกอบด้วย การจัดทำขั้นบันไดดินแบบไม่ต่อเนื่อง ความยาว 3.650 กิโลเมตร, การจัดทำคูเบนน้ำแบบสี่เหลี่ยมคางหมู ความยาว 0.075 กิโลเมตร และติดตั้งป้ายโครงการจำนวน 1 ป้าย ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินงานให้แล้วเสร็จภายใน 30 วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา และมีการรับประกันผลงาน 5 เดือน

This project aims to implement a soil and water conservation system in an area prone to agricultural disasters in Ban Na Hong, Village No. 5, Mae Suek Subdistrict, Mae Chaem District, Chiang Mai Province, covering an area of 100 rai. The project’s objectives are to prevent and rehabilitate areas at risk of agricultural disasters, improve soil fertility, enhance the effectiveness of preventing and mitigating drought and other agricultural disasters, reduce soil erosion on steep slopes, and prepare for climate change and global warming. The main scope of work includes the construction of non-continuous terraces with a length of 3.650 kilometers, the construction of trapezoidal ditches with a length of 0.075 kilometers, and the installation of 1 project sign. The contractor must complete the work within 30 days from the contract signing date, and a 5-month warranty is provided.
