โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดซื้อและติดตั้งเสาอัจฉริยะ (Smart Pole) จำนวน 5 ต้น ในพื้นที่เทศบาลเมืองบ้านฉาง เพื่อเป็นเครื่องมือในการติดต่อสื่อสารและประชาสัมพันธ์ข้อมูลข่าวสารต่างๆ ให้แก่ประชาชน รวมถึงป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาสาธารณภัย นอกจากนี้ยังให้บริการอินเทอร์เน็ตฟรีแก่ประชาชน เพิ่มกล้องวงจรปิดเพื่อความปลอดภัย และให้ข้อมูลสภาพอากาศที่แม่นยำ โครงการนี้เป็นการนำเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมดิจิทัลมาใช้ในการพัฒนาเทศบาลสู่เมืองอัจฉริยะ (Smart City) ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วย การจัดหาเสาโลหะชุบกัลวาไนซ์พร้อมอุปกรณ์ติดตั้ง, ระบบกระจายสัญญาณ WIFI, ระบบแจ้งเหตุฉุกเฉิน (SOS), กล้องวงจรปิด PTZ, ระบบกระจายเสียง, ระบบควบคุมหลอดไฟอัจฉริยะ, สถานีวัดสภาพอากาศ, การแสดงผลข้อมูลผ่านแอปพลิเคชัน, และสิทธิ์การใช้งานเว็บไซต์แดชบอร์ดและแอปพลิเคชัน โดยมีการรับประกันครุภัณฑ์ 1 ปี และรับประกันเว็บไซต์และแอปพลิเคชัน 2 ปี

This project aims to procure and install 5 Smart Poles in Ban Chang Municipality to serve as communication and information dissemination tools for the public, including disaster prevention and mitigation. It also provides free internet access, enhances security with CCTV cameras, and delivers accurate weather data. This project utilizes digital technology and innovation to develop the municipality into a Smart City. The scope of work includes the supply of galvanized steel poles with installation equipment, WIFI distribution system, SOS emergency notification system, PTZ CCTV cameras, public address system, smart lighting control system, weather station, data display via application, and access rights to website dashboard and application. A 1-year warranty is provided for the equipment and a 2-year warranty for the website and application.
