โครงการนี้เป็นการจัดซื้อรถสุขาเคลื่อนที่แบบอเนกประสงค์ ขนาด 6 ล้อ เครื่องยนต์ดีเซล เพื่อให้บริการประชาชนและกิจกรรมสาธารณะของเทศบาลนครตรัง โครงการนี้ได้รับงบประมาณ 7,600,000 บาท ผู้เสนอราคาต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด เช่น มีความสามารถตามกฎหมาย, ไม่เป็นบุคคลล้มละลาย, และต้องเป็นนิติบุคคลที่ประกอบอาชีพจำหน่ายรถยนต์ นอกจากนี้ ผู้เสนอราคายังต้องลงทะเบียนในระบบ e-GP ของกรมบัญชีกลาง รถสุขาต้องมีคุณสมบัติเฉพาะตามที่กำหนดใน TOR เช่น เครื่องยนต์ดีเซล 6 สูบ, ห้องสุขา 6 ห้อง (หญิง 4, ชาย 2), ถังเก็บน้ำดีและน้ำเสียขนาดใหญ่, ระบบไฟฟ้าและสุขภัณฑ์ครบครัน โครงการนี้จะใช้วิธีการประเมินราคาในการคัดเลือกผู้เสนอราคา และมีระยะเวลารับประกัน 1 ปี กำหนดส่งมอบภายใน 160 วัน ณ กองสาธารณสุขและสิ่งแวดล้อม เทศบาลนครตรัง

This project involves the procurement of a multi-purpose mobile toilet truck with a 6-wheel drive and a diesel engine for the Trang Municipality. The purpose is to provide sanitation services to the public and for public events. The budget is 7,600,000 baht.
