โครงการปรับปรุงอาคารธัญรีย์ สถาบันพระประชาบดีนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อปรับปรุงอาคารที่ชำรุดทรุดโทรมให้กลับมาใช้งานได้อย่างปลอดภัยและมีประสิทธิภาพ โดยครอบคลุมงานหลายส่วน ได้แก่ การปรับปรุงหลังคาเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหารั่วซึม, ปรับปรุงห้องพัก, ห้องน้ำ, ห้องพักสำหรับคนพิการ, ปรับปรุงระบบไฟฟ้า, ระบบประปา, ระบบสุขาภิบาล, ปรับปรุงภูมิทัศน์, ก่อสร้างลิฟต์และทางลาดสำหรับคนพิการ เพื่อให้เป็นไปตามแบบเลขที่ พม 68008 จำนวน 88 แผ่น และรายการประกอบแบบเลขที่ พม 68008 จำนวน 10 แผ่น การปรับปรุงนี้จะทำให้อาคารเหมาะสมกับการใช้งานของทุกกลุ่มเป้าหมาย รวมถึงเจ้าหน้าที่ และมีความสวยงามน่าอยู่อาศัยมากขึ้น เน้นการใช้วัสดุที่ผลิตในประเทศและมีมาตรฐาน มอก.

This project aims to renovate the deteriorated Thanyaree Building at the Prachabodi Institute to ensure its safe and efficient use. The scope of work includes roof renovation to address leaks, renovation of guest rooms, restrooms, accessible rooms for people with disabilities, upgrades to the electrical system, plumbing system, sanitary system, landscape improvements, and construction of an elevator and ramp for people with disabilities. This follows drawing number พม 68008 (88 sheets) and specification number พม 68008 (10 sheets). The renovation will make the building suitable for use by all target groups, including staff, and improve its aesthetics. Emphasis is placed on using domestically produced materials with TIS certification.
