This project involves the construction and laying of water pipes and related works in the Prachachuen branch of the Metropolitan Waterworks Authority (MWA), Bangkok. The main objectives are to manage water loss, improve the efficiency of water supply services, and enhance the quality of tap water in the area.

The scope of work includes the construction and laying of water pipes, along with all related tasks. The contractor must complete the work within 360 days from the date of notification to commence work from MWA. Payments will be made monthly based on the actual work completed, after MWA has inspected and certified the results.

Bidders must meet the specified qualifications, including being a registered contractor in the plumbing system construction sector or having experience in laying water distribution pipes and service pipes. They must also have a track record of construction work of the same type as the bidding project, with a value of not less than 1,600,000.00 Baht.

The selection of bids will primarily be based on price, with MWA considering the total price offered and other relevant requirements. Special consideration will be given to SME bidders according to the specified conditions.
