โครงการนี้เป็นการจ้างจัดทําเทคโนโลยีพลังงานในระดับชุมชนจำนวน 9 รายการ โดยสํานักงานพลังงานจังหวัดมหาสารคาม มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นที่เข้าร่วมโครงการเพิ่มสมรรถนะด้านการบริหารและจัดการพลังงานครบวงจรในชุมชนระดับตําบลและเครือข่ายพลังงานชุมชน ประจําปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๗ นำเทคโนโลยีพลังงานในระดับชุมชนไปใช้เพื่อเป็นต้นแบบให้กับชุมชน สามารถนำไปส่งเสริม ขยายผล และพัฒนาต่อยอดให้กับประชาชนในพื้นที่ต่อไป โดยมีเป้าหมายหลักเพื่อให้ชุมชนลดค่าใช้จ่ายด้านเชื้อเพลิง เพิ่มรายได้ และมีเทคโนโลยีพลังงานต้นแบบที่ยั่งยืน

This project aims to procure 9 units of community-level energy technologies for the Maha Sarakham Provincial Energy Office. The objective is to enable local administrative organizations participating in the comprehensive energy management capacity building project at the sub-district and community energy network level for the fiscal year 2024 to utilize these technologies as models for the community. This will promote expansion, dissemination, and further development for the benefit of the local population, ultimately reducing fuel costs, increasing income, and establishing sustainable community energy technology models.
