โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการกักเก็บน้ำและระบายน้ำของหนองน้ำห้วยไผ่ ซึ่งประสบปัญหาตื้นเขินและไม่สามารถระบายน้ำได้สะดวก โดยจะทำการก่อสร้างอาคารบังคับน้ำและขุดลอกหนองน้ำ (ระยะที่ ๑) เพื่อให้สามารถกักเก็บน้ำได้มากขึ้นในช่วงฤดูน้ำหลาก และมีน้ำใช้ประโยชน์ในช่วงฤดูแล้ง โครงการนี้จะช่วยบรรเทาปัญหาความแห้งแล้งและเพิ่มปริมาณน้ำเพื่อการอุปโภคบริโภคและการเกษตรในพื้นที่ตำบลโนนรัง อำเภอเขื่องใน จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี การดำเนินงานจะรวมถึงการก่อสร้างอาคารบังคับน้ำตามแบบรูปรายการละเอียด และการขุดลอกหนองน้ำให้มีความลึกและปริมาตรกักเก็บตามที่กำหนด ผู้รับจ้างต้องปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขและข้อกำหนดด้านวิศวกรรมอย่างเคร่งครัด และต้องมีผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านต่างๆ ตามที่ระบุใน TOR

This project aims to improve the water storage and drainage capacity of the Huai Phai reservoir, which is experiencing shallowing and inadequate drainage. The project involves constructing a water control structure and dredging the reservoir (Phase 1) to increase water storage capacity during the rainy season and provide water for use during the dry season. This project will alleviate drought problems and increase water availability for consumption and agriculture in Non Rang Subdistrict, Khueang Nai District, Ubon Ratchathani Province. The work includes the construction of a water control structure according to the detailed drawings and dredging the reservoir to the specified depth and storage volume. The contractor must strictly adhere to the engineering conditions and specifications and must have specialists in various fields as specified in the TOR.
