รายละเอียดการจ้าง
สถาบันวิจัยและพัฒนาอัญมณีและเครื่องประดับแห่งชาติ (องค์การมหาชน) มีความประสงค์จะเช่าเหมาบริการรถยนต์ส่วนกลาง (รถตู้) พร้อมพนักงานขับรถ จำนวน 1 คัน เพื่อสนับสนุนการปฏิบัติงานตามพันธกิจของสถาบันให้มีประสิทธิภาพและเพียงพอต่อความต้องการใช้งาน โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อสนับสนุนการเดินทางเพื่อปฏิบัติงาน การรับ-ส่งเจ้าหน้าที่ หรือการสนับสนุนกิจกรรมต่างๆ ทั้งในและนอกสถานที่
ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วย การจัดหารถตู้โดยสารขนาดไม่น้อยกว่า 12 ที่นั่ง สภาพดี จดทะเบียนไม่เกิน 5 ปี พร้อมพนักงานขับรถที่มีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด เช่น มีใบอนุญาตขับขี่ มีประสบการณ์ มีความชำนาญเส้นทาง และมีบุคลิกภาพที่ดี ผู้ให้บริการต้องรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ค่าจ้างแรงงาน ค่าประกันภัย ค่าบำรุงรักษา และค่าซ่อมแซม
ผู้สนใจเสนอราคาต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด และยื่นเอกสารหลักฐานประกอบการพิจารณา เช่น เอกสารการจดทะเบียน รายงานงบการเงิน หนังสือรับรองวงเงินสินเชื่อ (ถ้ามี) และข้อเสนอด้านราคา โดยสถาบันฯ จะพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอโดยใช้เกณฑ์ราคาเป็นหลัก
ระยะเวลาการเช่าคือ 12 เดือน ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 มีนาคม 2568 ถึง 28 กุมภาพันธ์ 2569 โดยมีกำหนดส่งมอบรถยนต์ภายในวันที่ 28 กุมภาพันธ์ 2568 ณ สถาบันวิจัยและพัฒนาอัญมณีและเครื่องประดับแห่งชาติ (องค์การมหาชน)
The Gem and Jewelry Institute of Thailand (Public Organization) intends to hire a central car (van) service with a driver to support the institute’s mission efficiently and adequately. The main objectives are to support work-related travel, staff pick-up and drop-off, and support various on-site and off-site activities.
The scope of work includes providing a passenger van with no less than 12 seats in good condition, registered for no more than 5 years, along with a qualified driver, such as having a driver’s license, experience, route expertise, and a good personality. The service provider is responsible for all related expenses such as labor costs, insurance costs, maintenance costs, and repair costs.
Interested bidders must meet the specified qualifications and submit supporting documents such as registration documents, financial statements, credit line certificates (if any), and price proposals. The Institute will consider selecting proposals based primarily on price criteria.
The rental period is 12 months, from March 1, 2025, to February 28, 2026, with the vehicle to be delivered by February 28, 2025, at the Gem and Jewelry Institute of Thailand (Public Organization).
