โครงการนี้เป็นการติดตั้งรั้วรอบสวนสาธารณะในซอย 8 หมู่ที่ 1 ตำบลมะขามคู่ อำเภอนิคมพัฒนา จังหวัดระยอง โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อปรับปรุงภูมิทัศน์และเพิ่มความปลอดภัยให้กับผู้ใช้สวนสาธารณะ รั้วมีขนาด 1.50 เมตร x 3.00 เมตร โครงการนี้เทศบาลตำบลมะขามคู่เป็นผู้รับผิดชอบ
ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการวางผังและระดับให้ถูกต้องตามกฎหมายควบคุมอาคาร และดำเนินการก่อสร้างตามมาตรฐานงานก่อสร้าง งานโครงสร้างคอนกรีตใช้อัตราส่วนผสม 1:2:4 หรือคอนกรีตผสมเสร็จที่มีกำลังอัดประลัยไม่น้อยกว่า 240 กก./ตร.ซม. เมื่ออายุครบ 28 วัน งานสีภายนอกและภายในใช้สีอะครีลิคกึ่งเงา 100% และสีน้ำมันตาม มอก. สำหรับงานเหล็ก นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างต้องติดตั้งงานสุขาภิบาลตามมาตรฐาน และงานไฟฟ้าตามข้อกำหนดของการไฟฟ้า (ถ้ามี)
โครงการนี้ยังรวมถึงการติดตั้งป้ายโครงการชั่วคราวและถาวร โดยมีรายละเอียดของป้ายตามที่กำหนดในแบบ ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องรับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายที่เกิดขึ้นกับทรัพย์สินของบุคคลภายนอกหรือทรัพย์สินของทางราชการในระหว่างการดำเนินงาน

This project involves the installation of a fence around the public park in Soi 8, Moo 1, Makham Khu Subdistrict, Nikhom Phatthana District, Rayong Province. The objective is to improve the landscape and enhance the safety of park users. The fence dimensions are 1.50 meters x 3.00 meters. The Makham Khu Subdistrict Municipality is responsible for this project.
The contractor must accurately lay out the plan and levels according to building control laws and carry out construction according to construction standards. Concrete structures use a 1:2:4 mix ratio or ready-mixed concrete with a compressive strength of at least 240 kg/sq cm at 28 days. Exterior and interior paints use 100% semi-gloss acrylic and oil paints according to TIS for steelwork. In addition, the contractor must install sanitary ware according to standards and electrical work according to the Electricity Authority’s regulations (if any).
The project also includes the installation of temporary and permanent project signs with details as specified in the design. The contractor will be responsible for any damage caused to external parties’ property or government property during the operation.
