โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อพัฒนาเมืองเก่าน่านให้เป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้เชิงสร้างสรรค์ด้านศิลปวัฒนธรรม, ส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยว, และสร้างรายได้สู่ชุมชนอย่างยั่งยืน โครงการประกอบด้วยกิจกรรมหลัก ได้แก่ การจัดทำสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ (หนังสือ, e-book, คลิปวิดีโอ) เพื่อเผยแพร่แหล่งเรียนรู้ต่างๆ, การจัดทำเส้นทางท่องเที่ยว “ท่องเที่ยวแหล่งเรียนรู้ ดูวิถีอัตลักษณ์น่าน”, กิจกรรมพัฒนาย่านเมืองเก่าเพื่อการเรียนรู้เชิงสร้างสรรค์, การจัดงานแถลงข่าว, และการประเมินผลการดำเนินงาน โดยผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการให้แล้วเสร็จภายใน 135 วันนับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา และมีงบประมาณ 1,977,700 บาท

This project aims to develop the old town of Nan into a creative learning center for arts and culture, promoting tourism, and generating sustainable income for the community. The project includes the creation of promotional materials (books, e-books, video clips) to publicize various learning resources, the creation of a tourism route “Exploring Learning Resources, Seeing Nan’s Identity”, activities to develop the old town for creative learning, a press conference, and performance evaluation. The contractor must complete the work within 135 days from the date of contract signing and has a budget of 1,977,700 baht.
