โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อปรับปรุงสภาพถนนลูกรังเดิมที่ชำรุดเสียหาย ให้เป็นถนนที่ได้มาตรฐานและปลอดภัยสำหรับการสัญจรของประชาชนในพื้นที่บ้านถ่อน หมู่ที่ 2 ตำบลเชิงชุม อำเภอพรรณานิคม จังหวัดสกลนคร โดยจะทำการปรับปรุงถนนลูกรังให้มีความกว้าง 6.00 เมตร ยาว 786 เมตร และสูงเฉลี่ย 0.50 เมตร พร้อมทั้งก่อสร้างท่อลอดเหลี่ยมคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็กขนาด 1.80 x 1.80 x 6.00 เมตร จำนวน 3 ช่อง เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการระบายน้ำ นอกจากนี้ยังรวมถึงงานติดตั้งป้ายโครงการ, งานเสริมผิวลูกรัง, และงานท่อระบายน้ำคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก (มอก. ชั้น 3) โครงการนี้จะช่วยแก้ไขปัญหาความเดือดร้อนในการเดินทางของประชาชน ลดอุบัติเหตุ และส่งเสริมคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีขึ้น รวมถึงอำนวยความสะดวกในการขนส่งผลผลิตทางการเกษตร

This project aims to improve the condition of a damaged laterite road, making it a standardized and safe road for the residents of Ban Thon, Village No. 2, Choeng Chum Subdistrict, Phanna Nikhom District, Sakon Nakhon Province. The project will improve the laterite road to a width of 6.00 meters, a length of 786 meters, and an average height of 0.50 meters. It also includes the construction of three 1.80 x 1.80 x 6.00 meter reinforced concrete box culverts to improve drainage. Additionally, the project includes the installation of project signs, laterite surfacing, and reinforced concrete drainage pipes (TIS Class 3). This project will alleviate travel difficulties for residents, reduce accidents, and promote a better quality of life, as well as facilitate the transportation of agricultural products.
