โครงการนี้มีเป้าหมายหลักในการอำนวยความสะดวกและยกระดับความปลอดภัยแก่ผู้ใช้ถนนบนทางหลวงหมายเลข 1096 ช่วงแม่ริม - ปางดะ ซึ่งเป็นเส้นทางท่องเที่ยวที่สำคัญ โครงการจะดำเนินการติดตั้งไฟฟ้าแสงสว่างชนิดประหยัดพลังงาน (LED) เป็นช่วงๆ ในบริเวณ กม. 5+695 ถึง กม. 9+685 ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วย:

• การจัดหาและติดตั้งเสาไฟฟ้าแสงสว่างตามมาตรฐานกรมทางหลวง
• การติดตั้งโคมไฟ LED ที่มีประสิทธิภาพสูงและประหยัดพลังงาน
• การติดตั้งระบบควบคุมไฟฟ้าแสงสว่างที่สามารถปรับระดับความสว่างได้ตามความเหมาะสม
• การเดินสายไฟฟ้าและติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ป้องกันต่างๆ เพื่อความปลอดภัย
• การปรับปรุงระบบไฟฟ้าเดิม (ถ้ามี) และเชื่อมต่อระบบใหม่เข้ากับแหล่งจ่ายไฟ
• การทดสอบระบบและตรวจสอบความเรียบร้อยก่อนส่งมอบงาน
• การติดตั้งป้ายเตือนและเครื่องหมายจราจรที่เกี่ยวข้อง

ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการตามมาตรฐานและข้อกำหนดของกรมทางหลวงอย่างเคร่งครัด รวมถึงการจัดการด้านความปลอดภัยในระหว่างการก่อสร้างและการบำรุงรักษา

The project aims to improve convenience and safety for travelers on Highway No. 1096, Mae Rim - Samoeng section, by installing energy-efficient streetlights (LED) intermittently from km 5+695 to km 9+685. The scope of work includes:

• Supply and installation of streetlight poles according to Department of Highways standards.
• Installation of high-efficiency and energy-saving LED lamps.
• Installation of a streetlight control system with adjustable brightness levels.
• Electrical wiring and installation of protective devices for safety.
• Upgrading the existing electrical system (if any) and connecting the new system to the power source.
• System testing and inspection before handover.
• Installation of warning signs and related traffic signs.

The contractor must strictly adhere to the standards and regulations of the Department of Highways, including safety management during construction and maintenance.
