โครงการจัดซื้อสายสวนเพื่อการขยายหลอดเลือดแดง จำนวน 2 รายการ สำหรับโรงพยาบาลศูนย์ระยอง ประกอบด้วย 1. สายสวนเพื่อการขยายหลอดเลือดแดงใหญ่เอออร์ต้าด้วยขดลวดหุ้มกราฟต์ (Abdominal Aortic Stent Graft) จำนวน 15 ชิ้น และ 2. สายสวนเพื่อการขยายหลอดเลือดแดงส่วนปลายด้วยขดลวดหุ้มกราฟต์ (Peripheral Stent Graft) จำนวน 20 ชิ้น โดยสายสวนทั้งสองประเภทจะต้องเป็นแบบขดลวดหุ้มกราฟต์ ทำจากวัสดุไนตินอล (Nitinol) ที่สามารถเปิดเองได้ (Self-Expandable) และมีความเข้ากันได้กับการตรวจ MRI (MRI Compatibility) วัสดุของหลอดเลือดเทียมทำจากโพลีเอสเตอร์ (Polyester Fabric) สายสวน Abdominal Aortic Stent Graft ต้องสามารถยึดติดกับหลอดเลือดได้ในระยะไม่ต่ำกว่า 10 มิลลิเมตร และรองรับความโค้งงอได้มากถึง 75 องศา มีโครงสร้าง M-shaped เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการยึดเกาะ ผลิตภัณฑ์ทั้งหมดต้องได้รับการรับรองคุณภาพมาตรฐาน CE mark และ/หรือ มาตรฐานจากอเมริกา และต้องมีหนังสือรับรองการขึ้นทะเบียนจาก อย. ผู้ขายต้องมีเอกสารรับรองการใช้งานจากโรงพยาบาลศูนย์ระยอง และจัดส่งทีมผู้เชี่ยวชาญมาให้คำปรึกษาในการทำหัตถการทุกครั้ง

This project involves the procurement of two types of vascular stents for Rayong Hospital: 1. Abdominal Aortic Stent Grafts (15 units) and 2. Peripheral Stent Grafts (20 units). Both types of stents must be self-expandable Nitinol stents with MRI compatibility. The graft material should be made of Polyester Fabric. The Abdominal Aortic Stent Graft must have a proximal landing zone of at least 10mm and accommodate angulation up to 75 degrees, with an M-shaped stent design for secure fixation. All products must have CE mark and/or US FDA approval, and be registered with the Thai FDA. The vendor must provide documentation of prior use at Rayong Hospital and provide expert support during all procedures.
