โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเช่ารถยนต์ตรวจการณ์ จำนวน 1 คัน เพื่อสนับสนุนการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของเจ้าหน้าที่ สนล. ในการตรวจตราความปลอดภัย, การตอบสนองเหตุฉุกเฉิน และการเฝ้าระวังคุณภาพสิ่งแวดล้อมภายในและบริเวณโดยรอบนิคมอุตสาหกรรมลาดกระบัง โดยรถยนต์ที่เช่าต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด เช่น เครื่องยนต์ดีเซล, ขับเคลื่อน 4 ล้อ, 7 ที่นั่ง, ปริมาตรกระบอกสูบไม่ต่ำกว่า 2000 ซีซี หรือกำลังเครื่องยนต์ไม่ต่ำกว่า 110 กิโลวัตต์, เกียร์อัตโนมัติ และอุปกรณ์มาตรฐานอื่นๆ ผู้ให้เช่าต้องรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายในการบำรุงรักษา, ประกันภัย, ภาษี และค่าใช้จ่ายอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง รวมถึงจัดหารถทดแทนหากรถยนต์ที่เช่าไม่สามารถใช้งานได้ตามปกติ สัญญาเช่ามีระยะเวลา 5 ปี (60 เดือน) และมีการกำหนดเงื่อนไขการบอกเลิกสัญญา, ค่าปรับกรณีส่งมอบล่าช้า และการชำระเงินค่าเช่าเป็นงวดรายเดือน

The project aims to lease one patrol car to support the duties of the Lad Krabang Industrial Estate Office (LKIE) staff in security patrols, emergency response, and environmental quality monitoring inside and around the industrial estate. The leased car must meet specific qualifications such as diesel engine, 4-wheel drive, 7 seats, cylinder volume not less than 2000 cc or engine power not less than 110 kilowatts, automatic transmission, and other standard equipment. The lessor is responsible for maintenance, insurance, taxes, and other related expenses, including providing a replacement vehicle if the leased vehicle is not working normally. The lease agreement is for 5 years (60 months) and specifies conditions for contract termination, late delivery penalties, and monthly installment payments.
