โครงการนี้เป็นการประกวดราคาจ้างก่อสร้างงานจัดซ่อมสะพานคนเดินข้ามถนนอิสรภาพ จำนวน 2 สะพาน ในพื้นที่เขตบางกอกน้อย กรุงเทพมหานคร ด้วยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ วัตถุประสงค์หลักคือการซ่อมแซมสะพานที่ชำรุดทรุดโทรมให้กลับมาอยู่ในสภาพที่ใช้งานได้อย่างปลอดภัยสำหรับประชาชนที่สัญจรไปมา โครงการได้รับงบประมาณประจำปี 2568 ระยะเวลาดำเนินการ 90 วันนับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา และมีวงเงินงบประมาณรวม 2,083,000 บาท

ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด เช่น มีความสามารถตามกฎหมาย ไม่เป็นบุคคลล้มละลาย และไม่มีผลประโยชน์ร่วมกันกับผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอรายอื่น นอกจากนี้ ยังต้องมีผลงานก่อสร้างประเภทเดียวกันกับงานนี้ในสัญญาเดียว โดยมีวงเงินไม่น้อยกว่า 830,000 บาท และเป็นผลงานที่เป็นคู่สัญญาโดยตรงกับหน่วยงานของรัฐ หรือหน่วยงานเอกชนที่กรุงเทพมหานครเชื่อถือ
