กรมธนารักษ์ มีความประสงค์จะจัดซื้อเบ้าหลอมโลหะผสมทองแดง ขนาดไม่น้อยกว่า 700 กิโลกรัม จำนวน 12 ใบ เพื่อใช้สำหรับประกอบเข้ากับชุดหลอมหล่อต่อเนื่องโลหะทั่วไปฯ ในการผลิตเหรียญกษาปณ์ที่ระลึก, เหรียญที่ระลึก, เครื่องราชอิสริยาภรณ์ และของสั่งจ้างต่างๆ เบ้าหลอมต้องเป็นชนิดที่ใช้กับเตาหลอมไฟฟ้าแบบเหนี่ยวนำ (Induction Furnace) ผลิตจาก Clay Graphite และมีคุณสมบัติทางเคมีและกายภาพตามที่กำหนด เช่น มีส่วนผสมของ Aluminum oxide, Silicon, Silicon carbide, Silicon dioxide และ Carbon ในปริมาณที่กำหนด มีความหนาแน่น, ปริมาตรรูเปิด และความต้านทานการดัดงอตามมาตรฐาน สามารถหลอมโลหะผสมทองแดง เช่น ทองแดง 95% สังกะสี 5% และทองแดง 75% นิกเกิล 25% ได้ดี ทนอุณหภูมิได้ไม่น้อยกว่า 1,400°C และรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องเป็นระยะเวลาไม่น้อยกว่า 5 เดือน ผู้เสนอราคาต้องแนบรายละเอียดคุณสมบัติของเบ้าหลอมฯ พร้อมตารางเปรียบเทียบคุณสมบัติฯ เพื่อประกอบการพิจารณา

The Treasury Department intends to purchase 12 copper alloy crucibles, each with a capacity of at least 700 kilograms, for use with a general-purpose continuous metal melting and casting unit in the production of commemorative coins, medals, decorations, and commissioned items. The crucibles must be suitable for use with an Induction Furnace, made from Clay Graphite, and possess specified chemical and physical properties, such as Aluminum oxide, Silicon, Silicon carbide, Silicon dioxide, and Carbon composition, density, porosity, and bending strength. They must be capable of melting copper alloys such as 95% copper 5% zinc and 75% copper 25% nickel, withstand temperatures of at least 1,400°C, and be guaranteed against defects for at least 5 months. Bidders must submit detailed specifications of the crucibles along with a property comparison table for consideration.
