โครงการก่อสร้างท่อลอดเหลี่ยม ซอยช่างชวน เป็นโครงการของเทศบาลตำบลสุนทรภู่ จังหวัดระยอง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อปรับปรุงและพัฒนาระบบระบายน้ำในพื้นที่ โครงการนี้ประกอบด้วยการก่อสร้างท่อลอดเหลี่ยมขนาดกว้าง 2.10 เมตร x 2.10 เมตร จำนวน 3 ช่อง ความยาว 6.00 เมตร พร้อมงานเทคอนกรีตทับหลังท่อ ขนาดกว้าง 6.00 เมตร ความยาว 14.00 เมตร ความหนา 0.15 เมตร และงานอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องตามแบบแปลนที่กำหนด ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องติดตั้งป้ายโครงการชั่วคราวและป้ายเตือนความปลอดภัยระหว่างการก่อสร้าง นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องใช้วัสดุก่อสร้างหรือครุภัณฑ์ที่เป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 60 ของมูลค่าวัสดุก่อสร้างทั้งหมด และหากมีวัสดุที่เป็นเหล็ก จะต้องใช้เหล็กที่ผลิตในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 90

The project involves the construction of a rectangular culvert at Soi Chang Chuan, Moo 6, Chakphong Sub-district, Klaeng District, Rayong Province, by the Sunthor Phu Subdistrict Municipality. The project aims to improve the drainage system in the area. It includes the construction of three rectangular culverts, each 2.10m x 2.10m in size and 6.00m long, along with the construction of a concrete roof slab, 6.00m wide, 14.00m long and 0.15m thick, and other related works according to the specified blueprints. The contractor must install temporary project signs and safety warning signs during construction. In addition, the contractor must use construction materials or equipment produced domestically for at least 60% of the total material value, and if any materials are steel, the contractor must use domestically produced steel for at least 90%.
