โครงการจัดซื้อและติดตั้งผ้าม่านสำหรับหอผู้ป่วยสามัญของโรงพยาบาลหาดใหญ่ จำนวน 6 หอผู้ป่วย (จากทั้งหมด 10 หอ, ดำเนินการไปแล้ว 4 หอ) เพื่อทดแทนผ้าม่านเดิมที่ชำรุดและเพิ่มความเป็นส่วนตัวให้แก่ผู้ป่วยขณะรับการรักษาหรือทำกิจกรรมบนเตียง ผ้าม่านที่ต้องการเป็นแบบกั้นรอบเตียงผู้ป่วย (ตัว L และตัว U) และผ้าม่านหน้าต่าง โดยโครงการนี้จะแบ่งการส่งมอบงานและการจ่ายเงินออกเป็น 3 งวดงาน งวดละ 2 หอผู้ป่วย ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องติดตั้งรางผ้าม่าน, แขวนผ้าม่าน, และทำความสะอาดพื้นที่ในแต่ละงวดให้แล้วเสร็จภายใน 40 วันต่องวด รวมระยะเวลาโครงการทั้งหมด 120 วัน การพิจารณาคัดเลือกผู้รับจ้างจะใช้เกณฑ์ราคาต่ำสุด และผู้รับจ้างจะต้องรับประกันคุณภาพผ้าม่านเป็นเวลา 1 ปี หากเกิดการชำรุดจากการใช้งานปกติ ผู้รับจ้างต้องแก้ไขให้แล้วเสร็จภายใน 7 วัน โดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม.

This project involves the procurement and installation of curtains for 6 ordinary patient wards at Hatyai Hospital (out of a total of 10 wards, with 4 already completed). The project aims to replace old, worn-out curtains and enhance patient privacy during treatment or activities on the beds. The required curtains include bed-surrounding curtains (L-shaped and U-shaped) and window curtains. The project is divided into 3 delivery and payment phases, each covering 2 wards. The contractor must install curtain rails, hang curtains, and clean the area in each phase within 40 days per phase. The total project duration is 120 days. The contractor selection will be based on the lowest price, and the contractor must provide a 1-year warranty for the curtains. If any defects occur due to normal use, the contractor must repair them within 7 days at no additional cost.
