โครงการก่อสร้างเขื่อนป้องกันตลิ่งริมลำเซบาย (ต่อเนื่องเขื่อนเดิม) ที่หมู่ 1 ตำบลหัวดอน อำเภอเขื่องใน จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อป้องกันและลดความเสียหายจากการกัดเซาะตลิ่งริมลำเซบาย โครงการนี้มีความยาว 465 เมตร ตามแบบเลขที่ D๖๗๐๒๑๒-๑ ถึง D๖๗๐๒๑๒-๕๐. ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการก่อสร้างตามแบบรูปและรายการที่กำหนด รวมถึงจัดหาวัสดุอุปกรณ์ที่ได้มาตรฐาน โดยวัสดุที่ใช้ต้องผลิตในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 60 และเหล็กที่ใช้ต้องผลิตในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 90 ผู้รับจ้างต้องจัดทำแผนงานก่อสร้าง (Work Schedule) ที่รับรองโดยวิศวกรโยธา และจัดเตรียมสำนักงานสนามชั่วคราวภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด โครงการนี้มุ่งเน้นการป้องกันการพังทลายของตลิ่งอย่างยั่งยืนและมีประสิทธิภาพตามหลักวิศวกรรม

The project to construct a retaining wall along the Lam Se Bai riverbank (continuing from the existing wall) at Village No. 1, Hua Don Sub-district, Khueang Nai District, Ubon Ratchathani Province, has the main objective of preventing and reducing damage from erosion along the Lam Se Bai riverbank. This project is 465 meters long, according to drawing numbers D๖๗๐๒๑๒-๑ to D๖๗๐๒๑๒-๕๐. The contractor must carry out the construction according to the specified drawings and lists, including procuring standardized materials and equipment. At least 60% of the materials used must be domestically produced, and at least 90% of the steel used must be domestically produced. The contractor must prepare a construction work schedule certified by a civil engineer and prepare a temporary field office within the specified period. This project focuses on preventing the collapse of the bank sustainably and efficiently, according to engineering principles.
