โครงการจัดซื้อสายลวดนำสายสวนเพื่อการขยายหลอดเลือดหัวใจ (PTCA Guide Wire) นี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อใช้ในการรักษาผู้ป่วยที่มีเส้นเลือดหัวใจตีบ โดยจัดหาสายลวดนำสายสวนหัวใจที่มีคุณภาพและได้มาตรฐาน เพื่อใช้ในการขยายหลอดเลือดโคโรนารี่ สายลวดนำจะต้องมีคุณลักษณะเฉพาะ เช่น มีขนาดเส้นผ่าศูนย์กลาง .014 นิ้ว, มีรูปแบบปลายสายให้เลือกทั้งแบบตรงและแบบตัวเจ, มีความยาว 190 ซม. และ 300 ซม. แกนในส่วนปลายสายทำจากวัสดุ Nitinol (Elastinite) แบบ Core to tip และส่วนปลายสุด 1 ซม. มีทั้งแบบเคลือบและไม่เคลือบ hydrophilic นอกจากนี้ สินค้าต้องได้รับการรับรองมาตรฐานจากสำนักงานอาหารและยาของประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกาและประเทศไทย และมีอายุการใช้งานไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ปี นับจากวันส่งมอบ ผู้ขายต้องยินยอมให้แลกเปลี่ยนสินค้าได้ในกรณีที่สินค้าใกล้หมดอายุหรือหมดอายุ และต้องเปลี่ยนสินค้าให้ทันทีหากชำรุด

This project aims to procure PTCA Guide Wires for the treatment of patients with coronary artery stenosis. The objective is to acquire high-quality and standardized guidewires for coronary angioplasty. The guidewires must have specific characteristics, such as a diameter of .014 inches, a choice of straight or J-shaped tips, lengths of 190 cm and 300 cm, a Nitinol (Elastinite) core-to-tip design, and an option for the distal 1 cm to be hydrophilic coated or uncoated. Additionally, the product must be certified by the US FDA and the Thai FDA, with a shelf life of at least 1 year from the delivery date. The supplier must agree to exchange products nearing expiration or expired, and must immediately replace any defective products.
