โรงพยาบาลหนองคายมีความประสงค์จะจัดจ้างตรวจชิ้นเนื้อและการย้อมสีพิเศษจำนวน 158 รายการ เพื่อสนับสนุนการวินิจฉัยและดูแลรักษาผู้ป่วย โดยครอบคลุมการตรวจทางห้องปฏิบัติการกายวิภาค (Pathology) และการย้อมสีพิเศษ (Immunohistochemistry) ผู้เสนอราคาจะต้องเป็นนิติบุคคลที่ได้รับอนุญาตให้ประกอบการด้านพยาธิวิทยากายวิภาค มีใบอนุญาตประกอบกิจการสถานพยาบาลและเปิดดำเนินกิจการมาแล้วไม่น้อยกว่า 3 ปี มีการให้บริการที่ได้มาตรฐาน มีพยาธิแพทย์เป็นผู้รับผิดชอบด้านวิชาการ และห้องปฏิบัติการต้องได้รับการรับรองมาตรฐานจากราชวิทยาลัยพยาธิแพทย์แห่งประเทศไทย หรือ ISO 15189 ด้านชิ้นเนื้อ บริษัทฯ ต้องสามารถให้บริการตรวจได้ครอบคลุมทุกรายการที่กระทรวงสาธารณสุขกำหนด และมีระบบการรายงานผลที่ทันสมัย สามารถเชื่อมต่อข้อมูลกับระบบ HosXP ของโรงพยาบาลได้ การประเมินจะพิจารณาจากราคารวม และคุณภาพการให้บริการตามเงื่อนไขที่กำหนด

Nong Khai Hospital is seeking bids for the outsourcing of histopathology and special staining services, comprising 158 items. Bidders must be legal entities authorized to operate in anatomic pathology, with at least 3 years of operational experience. The lab must have a pathologist responsible for academic affairs and must be certified by the Royal College of Pathologists of Thailand or ISO 15189 for tissue. The company must be able to provide all testing services required by the Ministry of Public Health and have a modern reporting system that can be linked to the hospital’s HosXP system.
