กรมท่าอากาศยานมีความประสงค์จะดำเนินการจ้างปรับปรุงระบบไฟส่องสว่างแนวรั้วพื้นที่เขตการบิน ท่าอากาศยานปาย จังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน เพื่อให้ระบบไฟส่องสว่างดังกล่าวอยู่ในสภาพพร้อมใช้งานและเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยของสำนักงานการบินพลเรือนแห่งประเทศไทย (กพท.) โดยการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างครั้งนี้ใช้วิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องเป็นนิติบุคคลที่มีคุณสมบัติตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด มีผลงานการขายพร้อมติดตั้งหรือปรับปรุงระบบไฟส่องสว่างในพื้นที่เขตการบินในวงเงินไม่น้อยกว่า 1,120,000 บาทต่อสัญญาจ้าง และมีคุณสมบัติอื่นๆ ตามที่ระบุใน TOR เช่น การมีมูลค่าสุทธิของกิจการ หรือมีวงเงินสินเชื่อตามที่กำหนด ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องส่งเอกสารแสดงรูปแบบการสื่อสารของระบบ, ผลทดสอบ, เอกสารรับรองมาตรฐานของอุปกรณ์, แคตตาล็อกสินค้า และรายละเอียดการเปรียบเทียบคุณสมบัติทางเทคนิคให้ครบถ้วน โดยมีระยะเวลาการดำเนินงานทั้งหมด 150 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา และมีงบประมาณในการดำเนินการทั้งสิ้น 2,800,000 บาท โดยจะพิจารณาตัดสินผู้เสนอราคาจากราคาต่ำสุดที่ผ่านการพิจารณาคุณสมบัติและรายละเอียดทางเทคนิค

The Department of Airports intends to contract for the improvement of the lighting system along the fence of the airfield area, Pai Airport, Mae Hong Son Province, to ensure that the lighting system is in good working condition and complies with the safety standards of the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT). This procurement uses the electronic bidding (e-bidding) method. Bidders must be juristic persons with the qualifications as prescribed by law, with a track record of selling and installing or improving lighting systems in the airfield area with a contract value of not less than 1,120,000 baht per contract, and other qualifications as specified in the TOR, such as having a net worth of the business or having a credit line as specified. Bidders must submit documents showing the communication format of the system, test results, standard certification documents for equipment, product catalogs, and details comparing technical specifications completely. The total project duration is 150 days from the date of contract signing, and the total budget for the project is 2,800,000 baht. Bids will be evaluated based on the lowest price that passes the qualification and technical details review.
