โครงการจัดซื้อรถบรรทุกขยะขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลคลองนามีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดหารถบรรทุกขยะขนาด 5 ตัน 6 ล้อ แบบอัดท้าย จำนวน 1 คัน เพื่อใช้ในงานรักษาความสะอาดและสุขอนามัยของชุมชน โครงการนี้มีงบประมาณ 2,500,000 บาท โดยรถบรรทุกขยะที่ต้องการจะต้องมีปริมาตรกระบอกสูบไม่ต่ำกว่า 6,000 cc หรือกำลังเครื่องยนต์สูงสุดไม่ต่ำกว่า 170 กิโลวัตต์ ผู้เสนอราคาจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด เช่น มีความสามารถตามกฎหมาย ไม่เป็นบุคคลล้มละลาย ไม่อยู่ระหว่างถูกระงับการยื่นข้อเสนอ และต้องลงทะเบียนในระบบจัดซื้อจัดจ้างภาครัฐด้วยอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-GP) นอกจากนี้ รถบรรทุกขยะจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนดใน TOR ทั้งในส่วนของเครื่องยนต์, ขนาดถังบรรทุก, ระบบอัดขยะ, ระบบไฟสัญญาณ, อุปกรณ์สะท้อนแสง และการพ่นสีตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด

The Khlong Na Subdistrict Administrative Organization is seeking to procure one 5-ton 6-wheel rear-loading garbage truck to improve sanitation services. The budget for this project is 2,500,000 Baht. The truck must have an engine capacity of at least 6,000 cc or a maximum engine power of at least 170 kW. Bidders must meet legal requirements, including being solvent, not undergoing business dissolution, and not being temporarily suspended from bidding. Registration in the e-GP system is also required. Furthermore, the garbage truck must meet specifications outlined in the TOR, including engine specifications, tank size, waste compression system, lighting systems, reflective devices, and paint, all according to the specified standards.
