โครงการจ้างเหมาบริการตรวจชิ้นเนื้อทางพยาธิวิทยากายวิภาค จำนวน 266 รายการ ของโรงพยาบาลวานรนิวาส ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2568 มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อให้การวินิจฉัยโรคทางพยาธิวิทยามีความถูกต้อง แม่นยำ และรวดเร็ว ครอบคลุมการตรวจชิ้นเนื้อจากการผ่าตัด (Surgical pathology), เซลล์วิทยา (Cytology), การเจาะดูดด้วยเข็มเล็ก (Fine needle aspiration cytology), การย้อมสีพิเศษ, การย้อมพิเศษโดยวิธี Immunohistochemistry และอณูพยาธิวิทยา (Molecular pathology) ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องมีทีมพยาธิแพทย์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญเฉพาะทางในหลายระบบ มีห้องปฏิบัติการที่ได้มาตรฐาน ISO 15189 และ ISO/IEC 27001:2013 รวมถึงมีการควบคุมคุณภาพภายนอก (External Quality Assurance) เน้นการรายงานผลที่รวดเร็ว (ภายใน 7 วันสำหรับกรณีปกติ และ 3 วันสำหรับกรณีเร่งด่วน) มีระบบรายงานผลออนไลน์ที่สามารถเชื่อมต่อกับระบบ HIS (HosXp) ของโรงพยาบาลได้ และต้องจัดเก็บ Paraffin Block ไม่น้อยกว่า 10 ปี และแผ่น Slide ไม่น้อยกว่า 5 ปี

The project for outsourcing pathological anatomy examination services, totaling 266 items, at Wanorn Niwas Hospital for the fiscal year 2568, aims to ensure accurate, precise, and timely pathological diagnoses. The services encompass surgical pathology, cytology, fine needle aspiration cytology, special staining, immunohistochemistry, and molecular pathology. The contractor must have a team of specialized pathologists across various systems, a laboratory accredited with ISO 15189 and ISO/IEC 27001:2013 standards, and participate in external quality assurance. Emphasis is placed on rapid reporting (within 7 days for normal cases and 3 days for urgent cases), an online reporting system capable of integrating with the hospital’s HIS (HosXp), and storage of Paraffin Blocks for at least 10 years and slides for at least 5 years.
