เทศบาลเมืองบางบัวทองมีความประสงค์จะจัดซื้อรถยนต์โดยสารปรับอากาศขนาดที่นั่งผู้โดยสารไม่น้อยกว่า 34 ที่นั่ง สำหรับโรงเรียนเทศบาลวัดละหาร ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2566 (รายจ่ายค้างจ่าย) ภายในวงเงินงบประมาณ 6,800,000 บาท (หกล้านแปดแสนบาทถ้วน) วัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกและความปลอดภัยในการเดินทางของนักเรียน ครู และบุคลากร โดยรถยนต์ที่จัดซื้อต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามมาตรฐานกรมขนส่งทางบก, เป็นรถใหม่, เครื่องยนต์ดีเซลขนาด 240 แรงม้าขึ้นไป, ผ่านมาตรฐานไอเสียยูโร 3, มีศูนย์บริการในจังหวัดนนทบุรีหรือจังหวัดใกล้เคียง ผู้เสนอราคาต้องเป็นผู้ผลิตหรือได้รับแต่งตั้งเป็นตัวแทนจำหน่ายจากผู้ผลิต หรือเป็นตัวแทนจำหน่ายในประเทศไทย กำหนดส่งมอบภายใน 180 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา และรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ปี การพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอจะใช้วิธีการอ้างอิงราคาเฉลี่ยเป็นหลัก

The main objectives are to facilitate and ensure the safety of travel for students, teachers, and personnel. The purchased vehicle must meet the standards of the Department of Land Transport, be a new vehicle, have a diesel engine of 240 horsepower or more, pass Euro 3 emission standards, and have a service center in Nonthaburi province or a nearby province. Bidders must be manufacturers, authorized distributors of the manufacturer, or distributors in Thailand. Delivery is scheduled within 180 days from the contract signing date, with a warranty against defects for no less than 1 year. The evaluation of bids will primarily use the average price as a reference.
