เทศบาลตำบลบ้านม่วง มีความประสงค์จะจัดซื้อรถยนต์โดยสารขนาด 12 ที่นั่ง (ดีเซล) ปริมาตรกระบอกสูบไม่ต่ำกว่า 2,400 ซีซี จำนวน 1 คัน เพื่อใช้ในราชการของเทศบาล วัตถุประสงค์หลักคือเพื่อให้การเดินทางและการประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายนอกเป็นไปอย่างคล่องตัวและรวดเร็ว โครงการนี้มีราคากลางอยู่ที่ 1,358,000 บาท ผู้เสนอราคาต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด เช่น มีความสามารถตามกฎหมาย ไม่เป็นผู้ถูกระงับการยื่นข้อเสนอ และต้องเป็นนิติบุคคลผู้มีอาชีพขายพัสดุดังกล่าว รถยนต์ที่จัดซื้อต้องมีคุณสมบัติทั่วไป เช่น เป็นรถตู้ขนาด 12 ที่นั่ง เครื่องยนต์ดีเซล มีประตูไม่น้อยกว่า 4 บาน และมีอุปกรณ์ครบถ้วนตามมาตรฐานโรงงาน ผู้ขายต้องรับประกันคุณภาพเป็นเวลาไม่น้อยกว่า 3 ปี หรือระยะทาง 100,000 กิโลเมตร ผู้ขายต้องจดทะเบียนรถให้เรียบร้อยหลังตรวจรับ และพ่นตราสัญลักษณ์ของเทศบาลบนรถ กำหนดส่งมอบพัสดุภายใน 180 วันหลังลงนามสัญญา การพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอจะใช้เกณฑ์ราคาต่ำสุด

Bidders must meet specified qualifications, such as legal capacity, not being suspended from submitting proposals, and being a legal entity engaged in selling such supplies. The purchased vehicle must have general features such as being a 12-seater van, diesel engine, no fewer than 4 doors, and complete equipment according to factory standards. The seller must guarantee quality for at least 3 years or 100,000 kilometers. The seller must complete vehicle registration after inspection and acceptance, and affix the municipality’s emblem on the vehicle. Delivery must be completed within 180 days after signing the contract. The selection of proposals will be based on the lowest price criterion.
