รายละเอียดการจ้าง
โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเช่าชุดแปลงสัญญาณภาพเอกซเรย์เป็นดิจิตอล (Digital Radiography) จำนวน 2 ชุด เพื่อใช้ในการถ่ายภาพเอกซเรย์ทั่วไประบบดิจิตอลเพื่อการวินิจฉัยโรค โดยมีรายละเอียดดังนี้
ชุดแปลงสัญญาณเอกซเรย์เป็นภาพดิจิตอล (Wireless Detector) ต้องมีคุณสมบัติที่ให้รายละเอียดสูงแบบ Flat Panel Detector ขนาด 14x17 นิ้ว มีเทคโนโลยี Antibacterial Coating และสามารถรองรับน้ำหนักได้ไม่น้อยกว่า 310 กิโลกรัม เป็นชนิดไร้สายและใช้งานได้ทั้งแบบมีสายและไร้สาย
ชุดคอมพิวเตอร์ควบคุมการสร้างภาพ (Console station) เป็นคอมพิวเตอร์ประสิทธิภาพสูง มีจอภาพขนาดไม่น้อยกว่า 12 นิ้ว สามารถลงทะเบียนผู้ป่วยแบบกำหนดเอง และเชื่อมต่อผ่าน Dicom Work List ได้ มี image processing function ต่างๆ และสนับสนุนการทำงานตามมาตรฐานของ DICOM
นอกจากนี้ ยังมีอุปกรณ์ประกอบการใช้งานอื่นๆ เช่น แท่นเต็มประจุไฟฟ้าสำหรับแบตเตอรี่, แบตเตอรี่, Barcode และ Detector Holder
ผู้ขายต้องมีคุณสมบัติและเงื่อนไขตามที่กำหนด เช่น การสาธิตวิธีการใช้งาน, หนังสือรับรองตัวแทนจำหน่าย, การรับประกันความเสียหาย, และการมีอะไหล่พร้อมให้บริการ
This project aims to lease 2 sets of Digital Radiography systems for general digital X-ray imaging for diagnostic purposes. The system includes a Wireless Detector and a Console station. The Wireless Detector must have high-resolution Flat Panel Detector, 14x17 inches in size, Antibacterial Coating technology, and support a weight of at least 310 kg. It should be wireless and usable both wired and wirelessly. The Console station is a high-performance computer with a screen size of at least 12 inches, able to register patients, connect via Dicom Work List, have image processing functions, and support DICOM standards. Additional equipment includes a battery charger, batteries, Barcode and a Detector Holder. The seller must meet the specified qualifications and conditions, such as demonstrating usage methods, a distributor certificate, damage warranty, and spare parts availability.
