โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อปรับปรุงถนนคอนกรีตโดยการเสริมผิวแอสฟัลท์ติกคอนกรีต (Asphalt Owerlay) บนถนนจากหน้าโรงเรียนบ้านขุมดิน หมู่ที่ ๔,๑๖ เชื่อมบ้านเขวา หมู่ที่ ๑๕ ตําบลกุดเค้า ซึ่งมีความยาว 1,700 เมตร กว้าง 5 เมตร และหนา 0.05 เมตร ขอบเขตงานรวมถึงการเสริมผิวถนนด้วยแอสฟัลท์ติกคอนกรีต และการติดตั้งชุดเสาไฟถนนโคม LED พลังงานแสงอาทิตย์แบบประกอบชุดเดียว ตามบัญชีนวัตกรรม รหัส ๐๗๐๒๐๐๓๗ จำนวน ๑๖ ชุด พร้อมป้ายโครงการจำนวน ๑ ป้าย

ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการก่อสร้างให้แล้วเสร็จและส่งมอบงานภายใน 60 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญาจ้าง และรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องเป็นระยะเวลา 2 ปี โดยจะต้องซ่อมแซมแก้ไขภายใน 15 วันหลังจากได้รับแจ้งเหตุชำรุดบกพร่อง การพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอจะใช้หลักเกณฑ์ราคา โดยพิจารณาจากราคารวมต่ำสุด

This project aims to improve the concrete road by overlaying it with asphalt concrete on the road from Ban Khum Din School, Moo 4,16, connecting to Ban Khwao, Moo 15, Kut Khao Subdistrict. The road is 1,700 meters long, 5 meters wide, and 0.05 meters thick. The scope of work includes asphalt overlaying and installing 16 sets of single-unit LED solar street lights, as per the innovation list code 07020037, along with one project sign.

The contractor must complete the construction and hand over the work within 60 days from the date of signing the contract and provide a 2-year warranty for defects, with repairs to be completed within 15 days of notification. The selection of bids will be based on the lowest total price.
