โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อบำรุงรักษาระบบการให้บริการข้อมูล (Spatial Data Service: SDS) ของสำนักงานพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีอวกาศและภูมิสารสนเทศ (องค์การมหาชน) หรือ สทอภ. ให้สามารถใช้งานได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง มีประสิทธิภาพ และเพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากรของ สทอภ. ในการใช้งานและดูแลระบบ SDS ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการดูแลระบบ SDS เดิม, การย้ายระบบ, การตรวจสอบ, ปรับปรุง, แก้ไขระบบงาน, การบำรุงรักษาความปลอดภัยของระบบ, การแก้ไขปัญหา, การดูแลระบบย่อยต่างๆ (เช่น ระบบลงทะเบียน, ระบบเชื่อมต่อกับแหล่งข้อมูล, ระบบจัดเก็บข้อมูล, ระบบประมวลผลข้อมูล, ระบบการแสดงผล, และระบบการให้บริการข้อมูล), การปรับปรุงการเชื่อมต่อกับ GISTDA API Gateway, และการฝึกอบรมการใช้งานระบบ ระยะเวลาดำเนินงาน 360 วัน งบประมาณ 1,500,000 บาท มีการจ่ายเงินเป็น 3 งวดตามผลงานที่ส่งมอบ

This project aims to maintain the Spatial Data Service (SDS) platform of the Geo-Informatics and Space Technology Development Agency (GISTDA) to ensure continuous and efficient operation, and to develop GISTDA personnel’s skills in using and maintaining the SDS system. The scope of work includes maintaining the existing SDS system, system migration, system checks, improvements, and repairs, maintaining system security, troubleshooting, maintaining various subsystems (e.g., registration system, connection to data sources, data storage system, data processing system, display system, and data service system), improving the connection to the GISTDA API Gateway, and providing system training. The project duration is 360 days with a budget of 1,500,000 baht, with payments made in 3 installments based on deliverables.
