โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อก่อสร้างถนนแอสฟัลท์ติกคอนกรีตจากบ้านนายบัญชา สนรักษา ถึง บ้านนางชำเรือง สีสม หมู่ที่ 3 ในพื้นที่ อบต.โคกขี้หนอน จังหวัดชลบุรี โดยมีรายละเอียดการก่อสร้างดังนี้: ถนนกว้าง 4.00 เมตร, ยาว 778.00 เมตร, หนา 0.05 เมตร หรือมีพื้นที่ดำเนินการไม่น้อยกว่า 3,112.00 ตารางเมตร พร้อมปรับแต่งไหล่ทางตามแบบแปลนที่ อบต.โคกขี้หนอนกำหนด ผู้รับจ้างต้องตรวจสอบแนวและระดับให้ถูกต้องก่อนเริ่มงาน หากพบอุปสรรค เช่น เสาไฟฟ้า ท่อประปา ผู้รับจ้างต้องแก้ไขให้เรียบร้อยโดยไม่คิดค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม นอกจากนี้ หากมีความจำเป็นต้องปรับปรุงแก้ไขแบบ ผู้รับจ้างต้องปฏิบัติตามคำแนะนำของผู้ควบคุมงาน และต้องจัดทำป้ายเตือนและสัญญาณต่างๆ เพื่อความปลอดภัยในการก่อสร้าง

This project involves the construction of an asphaltic concrete road from Ban Nai Bancha Sonraksa to Ban Nang Chamreung Seesom, Moo 3, in the area of the Koke Khinnon Tambon Administration Organization (TAO), Chonburi province. The construction details are as follows: the road will be 4.00 meters wide, 778.00 meters long, and 0.05 meters thick, or an area of no less than 3,112.00 square meters, along with the adjustment of the shoulders according to the plan specified by the Koke Khinnon TAO. The contractor must verify the alignment and levels accurately before starting work. If obstacles are found, such as electric poles or water pipes, the contractor must resolve them without incurring additional costs. Furthermore, if it is necessary to modify the design, the contractor must follow the instructions of the construction supervisor and must set up warning signs and signals for safety during construction.
