โครงการพัฒนาและปรับปรุงสนามกีฬาจังหวัดพิษณุโลกมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างสนามกีฬาที่ทันสมัยและตอบสนองความต้องการของประชาชนในจังหวัดพิษณุโลกและพื้นที่ใกล้เคียง ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการก่อสร้างสนามฟุตบอลหญ้าเทียม, อาคารยิมเนเซียม 2500 ที่นั่ง, ลานอเนกประสงค์ 6 แห่ง, สนามวอลเลย์บอลชายหาด, อาคารยิมเนเซียมสูง 3 ชั้น, อาคารจอดรถใต้ดิน/ลานอเนกประสงค์, และอาคารสระว่ายน้ำ นอกจากนี้ยังมีการปรับปรุงอัฒจันทร์สนามฟุตบอลฝั่งตะวันออก, พื้นที่ส่วนสุขภาพ, สนามเปตอง, สนามเทนนิส, และพื้นที่โดยรอบ รวมถึงการปรับปรุงภูมิทัศน์และระบบสาธารณูปโภคต่างๆ เพื่อให้สนามกีฬาแห่งนี้เป็นศูนย์กลางการออกกำลังกายและกิจกรรมกีฬาของจังหวัด

โครงการนี้มีเป้าหมายที่จะยกระดับสนามกีฬาให้ได้มาตรฐาน, สร้างพื้นที่ที่ปลอดภัยและเข้าถึงได้สำหรับทุกคน, และส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมกีฬาและสุขภาพของประชาชน

The Phitsanulok Provincial Stadium Development and Improvement Project aims to create a modern stadium that meets the needs of the people in Phitsanulok Province and surrounding areas. The scope of work includes the construction of an artificial turf football field, a 2,500-seat gymnasium, 6 multi-purpose areas, a beach volleyball court, a 3-story gymnasium, an underground parking/multi-purpose area, and a swimming pool building. In addition, there will be improvements to the east side of the football stadium grandstand, a health area, a petanque field, a tennis court, and surrounding areas, including landscaping and utilities, to make this stadium a center for exercise and sports activities in the province.

This project aims to upgrade the stadium to meet standards, create a safe and accessible space for everyone, and promote public participation in sports and health activities.
