โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อก่อสร้างถนนคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก (คสล.) ถนนเทศบาลซอย 21 เชื่อมถนนเทศบาลซอย 23 ในชุมชนวัดศาลาลัย หมู่ที่ 5 ตําบลศาลาลัย อําเภอสามร้อยยอด จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ โดยมีรายละเอียดงานดังนี้:
- รื้อผิวจราจรลาดยางเดิม กว้าง 3.50 เมตร ยาว 377.00 เมตร
- ก่อสร้างผิวจราจร คสล. กว้าง 4.00 เมตร ยาว 377.00 เมตร หนา 0.15 เมตร หรือพื้นที่ คสล. ไม่น้อยกว่า 1,508.00 ตารางเมตร
- ลงทรายหยาบรองพื้นคอนกรีตหนา 0.05 เมตร
- ถมดินลูกรังปรับปรุงพื้นทาง บดอัดแน่น หนา 0.10 เมตร (CBR > 30%)
- ติดตั้งป้ายประชาสัมพันธ์โครงการ
ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องรับผิดชอบหากสิ่งข้างเคียง เช่น ท่อประปา สายไฟฟ้า ได้รับความเสียหายจากการก่อสร้าง และต้องใช้พัสดุที่ผลิตในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 60 ของมูลค่าพัสดุที่ใช้ในงานก่อสร้างทั้งหมด โดยมีแผนการใช้พัสดุที่ผลิตภายในประเทศภายใน 60 วันหลังลงนามสัญญา
The project involves the construction of a reinforced concrete (RC) road on Soi 21 of the municipal road, connecting to Soi 23 in the Wat Salalai community, Moo 5, Sala Lai Subdistrict, Sam Roi Yot District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province. The total length is 377 meters, with a road surface width of 4.00 meters and a thickness of 0.15 meters. The scope includes the demolition of the existing asphalt road surface, laying coarse sand as a base, and compacting laterite soil for ground improvement, along with the installation of project signage. The contractor is responsible for any damage to utilities such as water pipes and electrical cables caused by the construction. At least 60% of the materials used must be produced domestically, with a material usage plan submitted within 60 days of contract signing.
