องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบางกระเจ้า มีความประสงค์จะจัดซื้อครุภัณฑ์ก่อสร้างประเภท รถตักหน้าขุดหลังชนิดล้อยางขับเคลื่อน 4 ล้อ พร้อมหัวกระแทก จำนวน 1 คัน เพื่อสนับสนุนการปฏิบัติงานราชการ งานปรับปรุง ซ่อมแซม และงานโครงการก่อสร้างพื้นฐานต่างๆ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อเพิ่มความสะดวกคล่องตัวในการปฏิบัติงาน การแก้ไขปัญหาความเดือดร้อน และการให้บริการด้านสาธารณูปโภคแก่ประชาชนในเขตพื้นที่ได้อย่างทันท่วงที รวมถึงการบริการที่มีประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผลมากยิ่งขึ้น
ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการจัดหารถตักหน้าขุดหลังที่มีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด เช่น เครื่องยนต์ดีเซล 4 จังหวะ, ระบบส่งกำลังแบบ Hydrostatic หรือ Torque Converter, ระบบบังคับเลี้ยวแบบ Hydrostatic หรือ Hydraulic, และมีอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ตามมาตรฐานโรงงานผู้ผลิต นอกจากนี้ยังรวมถึงการติดตั้งหัวกระแทก (Hydraulic Breaker) ที่มีคุณสมบัติเหมาะสมกับการใช้งาน
ผู้เสนอราคาต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด และผลิตภัณฑ์ที่เสนอต้องเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์สำเร็จรูปที่ผลิตขึ้นตามมาตรฐานโรงงานผู้ผลิต ได้รับการรับรองมาตรฐาน ISO ๙๐๐๑ พร้อมทั้งมีศูนย์บริการที่ได้มาตรฐานในพื้นที่จังหวัดสมุทรสาครหรือจังหวัดที่มีพื้นที่ติดกัน การพิจารณาคัดเลือกจะพิจารณาจากคุณสมบัติและข้อเสนอที่ตรงตามความต้องการขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบางกระเจ้า
Bang Krachao Subdistrict Administrative Organization intends to purchase one unit of 4-wheel drive tire-type backhoe loader with hydraulic breaker. This procurement aims to support government operations, renovation, repair, and basic construction projects. The main objectives are to enhance operational convenience, address public grievances, provide timely public utility services to residents, and improve overall service efficiency and effectiveness.
The scope of work includes procuring a backhoe loader with specified features such as a 4-stroke diesel engine, Hydrostatic or Torque Converter transmission, Hydrostatic or Hydraulic steering system, and standard manufacturer equipment. It also includes the installation of a hydraulic breaker with suitable specifications.
Bidders must meet the specified qualifications, and the offered products must be manufactured according to the manufacturer’s standards, certified with ISO 9001, and have a standardized service center in Samut Sakhon or adjacent provinces. Selection will be based on qualifications and proposals that meet the requirements of the Bang Krachao Subdistrict Administrative Organization.
