โครงการก่อสร้างอาคารอเนกประสงค์ พร้อมสิ่งก่อสร้างประกอบ ศาลแรงงานภาค 7 เป็นโครงการของสำนักงานศาลยุติธรรม โดยมีสำนักบริหารงานออกแบบและก่อสร้างเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบหลัก โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อก่อสร้างอาคารอเนกประสงค์จำนวน 1 หลัง ซึ่งประกอบด้วยพื้นที่ใช้สอยต่างๆ เช่น โรงอาหาร, ห้องขายอาหาร, ห้องน้ำ (ชาย/หญิง), ทางเดิน, และส่วนล้างจาน ตัวอาคารมีการออกแบบที่คำนึงถึงการระบายอากาศที่ดี โดยใช้บานเกล็ดอลูมิเนียมระบายอากาศ และมีพื้นที่เปิดโล่งเพื่อการไหลเวียนของอากาศ โครงสร้างอาคารใช้คอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก (คสล.) และหลังคามุงด้วยกระเบื้องคอนกรีต โครงการนี้เน้นการใช้วัสดุที่ผลิตภายในประเทศตามนโยบายของรัฐบาล โดยกำหนดให้ใช้วัสดุที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 60 และเหล็กที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 90 ของปริมาณที่ใช้ทั้งหมด
